Shandong Bay again showed its magnificent appearance, carrying SANY 2000 tons crawler crane to land in the global single-plant scale coal to olefin project

Recently, in the Inner Mongolia Ordos Wusen Qi, Baofeng coal-based new material phase I 2.6 million tons/year coal to olefin and supporting 400,000 tons/year planting green hydrogen coupling olefin project, Shandong Bay hoisting using SCC20000A, successfully completed 450 tons of degouging silo hoisting, a total of nearly 160,000 tons of lifting equipment, lifting tasks have been basically completed. In this project, the installation of the conversion furnace manufactured in China is completed, marking another major breakthrough in the large-scale and localization demonstration application of China's modern coal chemical industry key equipment.

This project is a global single-plant scale coal to olefin project, but also to achieve large-scale green hydrogen instead of fossil energy production of olefin project, the project cleverly combined green hydrogen technology and modern coal chemical collaborative production process, to achieve a total olefin production capacity of up to 3 million tons/year.

As a leading lifting enterprise in China, Shandong Bay undertook a series of lifting tasks including 2,200 tons of methanol purification unit scrubber tower, 1,700 tons of M reactor, 1,600 tons of quench water washing tower, 1,200 tons of olefin separation unit No. 1 preene tower and No. 2 Preene tower, 630 tons of PE reactor and powder coal feeding tank. Using Sany 2000t, 1600t, 1250t, 1000t, 800t and other crawler crane models and truck cranes to participate in the construction.

The SCC20000A purchased by it has also appeared in many major domestic projects. The SCC20000A creatively develops a super-strong boom combination scheme, and adopts a unique "two-stage transition section" design, which greatly solves the problems in the assembly process. With 28000t.m super-large lifting torque, 108+108 ultra-high lifting height, it can be widely used in petrochemical, nuclear power, offshore wind power, Bridges and other large-scale construction hoisting needs, and has participated in a number of transportation and energy major projects.
