Chang 'an Street west to Beijing Yongding River bridge projectYongding River Bridge (now named "New Shougang Bridge") the main bridge "He Li Gate" is 639 meters in length, its design is all steel structure cable-stayed, steel structure combined system bridge, the main span of the bridge is 280 meters, the highest steel tower is 124.93 meters, the widest part of the bridge floor is 54.9 meters, two "gate" shaped steel towers are tilted east and west, its structural system is innovative. The lifting components of the company in this project are the steel tower columns of Yongding River Bridge and all the steel structures west of the mid-span closure section. Due to the special shape of the tower as a whole, the various structural forms after the segment, and the different transport posture of the separate body, the company needs to overcome many problems in the design of the overall lifting plan, including: (1) The installation accuracy of the high tower is at the millimeter level, the accuracy is high and difficult, and the reasonable hoisting method is selected to achieve accurate installation; (2) In the process of docking the butt surface of the split body from the low level to the high Angle, in order to ensure the position posture of the split body, three-dimensional simulation software such as CAD should be used to rationally design the lifting lugs according to the center of gravity and shape of the split body, so as to ensure the local stress of the lifting lugs meet the requirements and ensure the safety of lifting; (3) The design of lifting lugs must reduce welding damage to the split body as much as possible under the premise of safety, and reasonable selection of sling equipment according to the design of lifting lugs, taking into account construction cost and construction convenience. |
